Pfizer Vaccine Appointments are Now Available for Individuals Ages 12-15

Following the recent FDA expansion of their Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer COVID vaccine to individuals ages 12-15, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the CDC have recommended this expanded use of the vaccine to this new age group.

At this time, appointments are available today through Saturday for the 2-dose Pfizer vaccine in Loveland.

Individuals must be at least 12 years old to receive the Pfizer vaccine and have parent/guardian consent to be immunized. Scheduling an appointment online is strongly recommended to save time at the vaccination site and ensure that a dose is available. Walk-in appointments are also available.

Moderna and Johnson & Johnson appointments are also available in Loveland and Fort Collins for those who are 18 and older.

Sign up for an appointment online using the link below to find a time and location that works best. If you have already received your first dose with us, we have already scheduled you for the second dose at the appropriate date/time. Please do not register again for your second dose.

If you have already been vaccinated and would like us to remove your information from our contact list, please complete this form.
