December Nights, December Lights

Thursday, December 7th at 6:30 pm in the Cottonwood Plains Gymnasium

Students will need to be at Cottonwood Plains no later than 6:15 pm.  They will need to be dressed up and ready to go at that time.  All students willbe meeting their classmates in their classrooms.


What to wear?

Please be on the lookout around the home, please don't feel like you need to by something new.  Students are welcome to dressup nicely or they can wear something related to a holiday being celebrated.  NO HATS ALLOWED.

Free Gingerbread House Extravaganza

Come build & decorate a gingerbread house on Saturday, December 9th from 9 am - 11am in the Cottonwood Plains Cafeteria.

Gingerbread house supplies, frosting and candies will be provided.  We are asking students from each gradelevel to bring in the following candies/items by December 1st.  Any unwanted Halloween candy is also welcome.

Kindergarten: M&M's and Licorice

1st Grade: Gumdrops and Skittles

2nd Grade: Peppermint candies, Hershey Kisses and Sour Patch Kids

3rd Grade: Chocolate Chips, Rainbow Chips and Pretzels

4th Grade: Sprinkles and Colored Mini Marshmallows

5th Grade: Honey- Maid Graham Crackers

*Please No Peanut Butter Candies*

Please register your family for the Free Gingerbread Extravaganza and return the form to your child's teacher.

Holiday Choir Festival

December 12 @ 7:00pm

Loveland High School Auditorium

Students need to be in the LHS choir room no later than 6:30 pm so they can warm up as a group.  Parents can find seats at this time. DRESS: Choir students need to wear nice clothing for the concert and please NO HATS.  After the concert, students will meet in the cafeteria.
