The English Language Development (ELD) program provides identification, assessment
and instruction, as well as other advocacy and support, to students and the families of
students who are developing proficiency in English. The ELD program employs licensed
teachers who hold an endorsement in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education
(CLDE) with the Colorado Department of Education to provide direct daily instructional
