    2.1 Ensure learning environments support a positive culture and climate

    • Develop a long range plan for meeting the needs of students and staff by creating a healthy and safe environment with effective tools, resources, staffing, and professional learning opportunities.
               
    • Develop a long-range plan to support restorative practices in all schools
