reside in Larimer County. Each year police officers deliver gifts to participants. Applications to

-Proof of guardianship of each child aged 16 and under***If any of these families do not have a permanent residence or are considered unaccompanied youth,
make sure you tell them to state that they were sent from the school district, volunteers taking the
applications verify with a Santa Cops board member and they will have no issues signing up.
**Guardians just need SOMETHING to tell them that an adult has custody of the child. This can be
medical cards, school records, social security cards, birth certificates, etc.
In the case of unaccompanied youth if you are able to provide a letter from the school, they will accept

HOLIDAY FOOD BASKET & GIFT SHOPPING- HOUSE OF NEIGHBORLY SERVICE LOVELAND/BERTHOUD
Provides a holiday food basket with unprepared items for low income families and seniors residing in
the Thompson R2J School District and will allow families to come shop for toys.
Clients can register in person, SOONER THE BETTER, ending December 15th, 2020. Will need proof of
address (or proof that they are Loveland/Berthoud residents & proof of income within the last 30 days).

5. Our preference is the organization contact complete the nomination for families and not send the link
out organization wide to families.

Toy Drive Giveaway Details:

At our 5th Annual Toy Drive in Fort Collins, we will provide assistance to 500 children ages birth to 18 on
December 5, 2020. We plan to provide each child with a big toy, small toy, wooden toy car, and
stocking. We encourage you to bring a large, black lawn bag to take your toys home in or something else
that can help you transport your toys from our venue to your vehicle.
The event is first come, first served. A completed survey will be required to enter the toy shop and will
be given out the day of the event. A birth certificate from anywhere is REQUIRED along with a picture
ID for the parent receiving services. You may only shop for your children at this event.

1. Birth certificates ARE required for each child you would like toys for.
2. A photo ID for the parent or legal guardian will be required.
3. You may only get toys for YOUR children or children you have legal custody of.
4. Children WILL NOT be allowed to attend due to COVID.
5. Limited number of people will be allowed inside due to COVID. (Mask Required)
6. Each child will get a new toy, a small toy, a wooden toy car, and a stuffed animal.
7. Doors will open at 9am and will close at 1pm OR when we run out of toys.
8. This is a FREE event, we do not guarantee toys for anyone and we do not guarantee we will be open
until 1pm.
