Danielle Feeney

Danielle Feeney has had the honor and pleasure of being the founding principal of High Plains School since 2015. Danielle has served as an educator for 24 years. She began her career in New Jersey, then moved to Colorado in 2004 where she continued teaching in both typical public and charter schools in Fort Collins, Longmont, and Loveland. Her career began teaching students with special needs from Kindergarten through high school, then joining school administration in 2009.

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, her Master of Arts from East Stroudsburg University, Colorado Administrators License from the University of Northern Colorado, and completed advanced coursework towards a Doctorate of Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. 

She loves anything outdoors, including hiking, paddling, and snowboarding, and is always up for a new adventure in the beautiful state of Colorado or around the world.
