Mrs. Andrle grew up in Minnesota and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where she met her husband Todd over 30 years ago.

They have two grown children, Alex and Abby. While living in River Falls, Lisa ran her own daycare for 19 years. This is where she discovered her passion for working with children. Todd’s job brought them to Colorado two years ago. Lisa started working as an ILC para at Carrie Martin in the fall of 2020. This spring she accepted the position as an LC aide at High Plains. She is very excited about this new opportunity and anxious to meet all the kiddos she will be working with every day! In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and their dog,Rory. She also loves to make her own greeting cards, cheering on the Vikings (in hopes they will win a Super Bowl one day), and exploring Colorado!
