Hello, I'm excited to be part of the herd at High Plains School. I was born and raised in Holyoke Colorado. After graduation I started to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Elementary Education from Metropolitan State University,  At the same time I joined the Colorado Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer.  I started teaching in 2010 as a 5th grade teacher.  I have taught 5^th, 6^th, 7^th and 8^th grades and enjoyed coaching Middle School Football, Basketball and Track.  Also along the way I have recieved a Master's Degree in Education/Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix.

I have two daughters, Ella who is six and Ava who is four. My beautiful wife Heather, and I have been married to for eight years. I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, and playing at the park, and riding bicycles. I also enjoy going on motorcycle rides when I can.

I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you as we walk through the year together.
