Ms. Shannon Silk

Shannon Silk is excited to be back at High Plains this year teaching third grade.  She earned her bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University and her masters degree from Texas A&M University.  She began her teaching career in Mesquite, Texas then moved to Colorado, where she taught in Aurora, Parker, and Windsor.  She has taught multiple grades but third grade is her favorite. Shannon has a passion for reading and has many books in her classroom library. She loves to spend time with her friends and family.
