Jessica is elated to begin her fifth year teaching and third year with the first graders at High Plains! She is excited to share her passion of learning and growing with her students, staff and families at High Plains. She strives to provide all students with a welcoming and engaging learning enviorment.

She attended the University of Northern Colorado where she graduated with a bachelor degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education. Eventually, she would like to persue a masters degree.

When she's not teaching, she loves spending time with her loved ones and 3 year old German Shepard named Ruger. Her hobbies are baking, hiking, reading, binge watching Netflix, and creating things on her Cricut machine.
