• Student Support Services (SSS) provides equitable access to services and programs that address academic, behavioral, social, emotional, and health needs of each student. Comprehensive and coordinated student support services are critically important to meet the diverse needs of students and the development of learning environments that are conducive to student achievement and growth. Student support services foster positive relationships among educators and students, thereby increasing students’ attendance, engagement, and connections, while serving as an essential link between students and their families and school resources and community-based health and social services.
