New Expanded Open Enrollment Application Window
Monday, November 26, 2018 (8:30 a.m.) - Friday, January 11, 2019 (4:30 p.m.)
New Electronic Application Process
Paper applications will no longer be accepted beginning with the 2019-20 open enrollment window. The electronic application link will be available on the district website from Monday, November 26 (8:30 a.m.) through Friday, January 11 (4:30 p.m.).
If you bring a paper application to the school or district office, you will be asked to complete the application electronically.
Standardized Notification Process of Approval/Denial
The district office will mail out letters of approval/denial from Friday, March 15 through Friday, March 22. These letters will be mailed to the address on the open enrollment application completed by the parent/guardian.
Standardized Acceptance Process by Parents/Guardians
Parents/guardians must come in and sign their acceptance in person at the school. This acceptance must be done no later than Monday, April 1, 2019 or the application is considered denied by the parent/guardian.
Standardized Process for Applications Received After Window Closes
All open enrollment applications completed after the open enrollment window will be automatically placed on the school's wait list.
