Accomplishments/Partnerships: Odyssey of the Mind team advanced to World OM Competition in 2012; Martin Luther King essay contest winners; Battle of the Books; staff recognition through the Thompson Education Foundation (principal of the year) and Thompson Education Association; partnerships with Erion Foundation, Loveland Sculpture Invitational, Rialto Theater, arts community, Loveland Parks and Recreation, Larimer County Food Bank, Lowe's ($5,000 grant), Healthy Kids Club, Loveland Public Library, Habitat for Humanity, Turning Point of Larimer County, House of Neighborly Service, Project Self-Sufficiency, Rotary Clubs, and more!
Parents/Volunteers: Phenomenal support from families and former families! "A phone call does the trick!" Active PTA raised money for playground through such activities as carnival, jog-a-thon, Winter Market, and more!
