    CareerWise flyer in Spanish

    2. Create a Student Profile in the CareerWise Hiring Hub:

The student profile will be used to apply for all jobs in the Hiring Hub, so take the time to create a quality profile that shows your true passions, skills, and career goals.  It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU UPLOAD A RESUME.  Application support is available from CareerWise and your school's Work-Based Learning Coordinator.

    3. Eligibility Check: Once you have submitted your profile, your Work-Based Learning Coordinator will check your eligibility and schedule with your counselor and then approve you for applying for positions.

    4.  Apply for Positions: Apply individually in the Hiring Hub for the positions that interest you.

    5.  Check your Email/Voicemail:  The employer will contact any candidates they wish to interview.  Interviews may be conducted in person or virtually.  The employer makes the final hiring decision.

    6.  Register for Course and Next Steps:  Once hired by the employer for an apprenticeship, students will then meet with their counselor to register for apprenticeship as part of their course schedule. We will connect you with your school's Work-Based Learning Coordinator to establish check-ins and coursework requirements. Prior to the start of your apprenticeship, you will also participate in a mandatory Apprentice Boot Camp hosted by CareerWise.
