CU SUCCEED GOLD

Students can earn college credits from the University of Colorado, Denver through High School classes.  CU approves courses based on curriculum content and teacher's educational background.

Requirements:

• Complete pre-requisite courses
• Register with CU (school will provide details)

Benefits:

• Starts your college transcript
• Is "guaranteed transfer" within public Colorado colleges (with some exceptions when taken in "major")
• Frequently can transfer outside of Colorado, varies by college
• Large financial savings over regular college courses
• Grade is not dependent on a single test

Consideration:

• Low grades could start your college transcript (at many colleges) and may affect scholarships, etc.
