Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of 7th gr. students
Our annual 7th gr. field trip to the Denver Zoo is quickly approaching. In order to pull this off every year, we need a bunch of wonderful, helpful parent volunteers to join us. The zoo has a strict 10:1 student to chaperone ratio, so we need to ask for help. We will send out information for the field trip in the next couple of weeks, you will then be able to sign up to be a chaperone.
We wanted to let you know if you are interested in being a chaperone, it is REQUIRED that you are a registered volunteer in the Thompson School District. If you are not currently registered, you will need to do so by the deadline on April 30th.
If you can help with any of these things, please contact Rachel McCann at: 970-613-7243 or

Current 8th graders and their parents are invited to attend LHS Activities Night on Wednesday, April 26th, from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet advisers and members of different clubs available at LHS, as well as meet the coaches of our athletic teams.
